Welcome to the Online Registration Form for CWC 2010
Instructions:
In order to register for this years Christian Worker's Conference
you will have to fill out a simple online form. In order to create a
form that is customized to your particular family or travelling group,
information about how many adults and children
you would like to register is needed. Also, a contact email
address for correspondence about your registration is absolutely
essential!
Before you proceed with your registration, please type your
email address in the line below, and select the number
of adults and children that you would like to register for the
conference (Anyone under 19 is considered a child).
Please fill in your phone of fax number as well. This
helps in contacting you in situtations where you can
not be reached via email.
When you are sure that your information is correct,
